It's a Wonderful Life

Nov. 19th - Dec. 31st
Matinees start at 1 pm, Evening shows start at 8 pm

Five actors, supported by clever sound effects and a piano present the classic holiday drama in a fresh and engaging way that makes us discover it anew.

At the end of the evening, I found myself with a big smile on my face and a warm glow in my heart as I stood to applaud the performers.

About the Show

The beloved holiday classic is brought to the Cabaret stage as a radio play!

Adapted by Joe Landry, It's a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play is a nostalgic blend of holiday cheer and theatrical magic. You'll fall in love all over again with George Bailey, his family, and his guardian angel, Clarence. As a New York Times review said: “Dear devoted fans of a certain 1946 Frank Capra holiday movie: Relax. This live radio play production has done absolutely no harm to the original. In fact, it has added another layer of nostalgia...it’s easy for the audience to get caught up in the fun of creating reality from imagination and obvious artifice.”
