By Sandy Rustin, based upon the works by Jonathan Lynn, Hunter Foster, Eric Price
February 2nd - April 7th
Based on the iconic 1985 Paramount movie which was inspired by the classic Hasbro board game, Clue is a hilarious farce-meets-murder mystery. The tale begins at a remote mansion, where six mysterious guests assemble for an unusual dinner party where murder and blackmail are on the menu. When their host turns up dead, they all become suspects.

"The murder mystery at Oregon Cabaret Theatre is drop-dead funny"
"A rollicking good time"
"If you don't enjoy this one, you must be dead"
The campy, zany and elaborately funny stage adaptation of the popular board game opened Friday at Oregon Cabaret Theatre in Ashland. Cleverly directed by Alex Boyles, this show is an exercise in kinetic energy and inspired silliness, with a talented, energized ensemble cast that absolutely commits to the inanity with all the screwball spirit of a Marx Brothers routine.
It’s a lively frolicking, rollicking play that showcases an incredible cast, excellent staging, deftly coordinating stunts along with singing, dancing and shrill screams.
Like the game, "Clue" the play is good indoor amusement, with just enough intrigue to keep you on your toes and more than enough laughs to keep you smiling through winter.
