Accessibility at the Cabaret
The Oregon Cabaret Theatre is strengthening its commitment to accessibility in order to meet the needs of patrons with disabilities for a more enjoyable dining and theater-going experience. Please contact the Box Office if you have questions about any of our accessibility services.
GENERAL ACCOMMODATIONS
Accessible Seating:
- The Cabaret offers wheelchair seating, stair-free seating, and transfer seating
- Space is limited so check with the Box Office for availability
Restrooms:
- Accessible bathrooms are located on the main level.
Parking:
- Accessible parking is available in the city-owned parking garage on Hargadine Street
- Timed and untimed street parking is also available
- A drop-off point is located in front of the Cabaret Box Office at the corner of Hargadine and First Streets
- If you have a disabled parking permit, it is valid for unlimited parking in any public parking space designated for parking more than 30 minutes, and on any level of the Hargadine parking garage
- Disabled parking permits are not valid in spaces marked for 20 minutes or less, or in spaces marked for electric vehicles
Service Dogs:
- Service dogs are allowed in the theater
- For information about which tables are well-suited for service dogs, please contact the Box Office
- Therapy dogs and emotional support animals are not allowed in the theater
DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING ACCOMMODATIONS
Assistive Listening Devices:
- Assistive Listening Devices are available on a first-come, first-served basis
- The devices use a radio frequency system and are intended for patrons with mild-to-moderate hearing loss
- A set of headphones is provided with the device, or you may bring your own headphones or wired earbuds with a standard plug if you prefer
- We have a limited number of integrated neck loops that work with hearing aids with a Telecoil or with Cochlear Implants, available on a first-come, first-served basis
- A deposit of a driver’s license is required and will be returned upon return of the device
Captioned Performances in 2024:
- Caption services will be available by-request with seven (7) days advance notice
- Captions will be provided on a tablet device on a stand at your table on a first-come, first-served basis
- To request caption services, please contact the Box Office
- There is no additional cost for caption services

ASL Interpreted Performances in 2024:
- ASL interpreted performances will be offered for selected performances. To purchase a ticket in the Deaf Community section, please contact the Box Office
