9 to 5: The Musical
April 28th - July 3rd Set to the music of Dolly Parton and based on the 1980 hit movie, 9 to 5 tells the story of three female co-workers who concoct a plan to get even with the sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot they call their boss. This hilarious story of friendship and revenge in the Rolodex era is outrageous, thought-provoking, and even a little romantic.
About the Show
9 to 5 was nominated for four Tony Awards and 14 Drama Desk awards when it opened in 2009, including an Outstanding Actress nomination for Oregon Cabaret alum Megan Hilty. PG-13.
9 to 5 contains mild profanity and the three female leads bond over a marijuana cigarette. Were it a movie, it would likely be rated PG-13.
