Instead of performing Charles Dickens’ beloved holiday classic for the umpteenth time, a small company of actors decide to perform every Christmas story ever told – including truncated versions of Christmas stories like Frosty the Snowman and How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

February 21st -  The Music of Pete Seeger - Randy Noojin plays Pete Seeger, America’s beloved folksinger/activist. In this one-man tribute show, Pete plays a multimedia benefit concert in Washington, D.C., using his greatest songs to tell of his personal struggles for free speech in America. seegershow.com

March 14th - The Hamazons present ‘Sci- Fi: The B Movies’ - Popular local improv troupe The Hamazons present a completely improvised full-length play, in two acts, in the style of old Sci-Fi B movies. hamazons.com

March 21st - Bathtub Gin Serenaders - Hot jazz and low-down blues from the 1920s, 30s and beyond! This 9-piece ensemble plays classics from the pre-World War II American songbook, plus original tunes inspired by the era.

May 9th - Danielle Kelly Jazz Project - Popular vocalist Danielle Kelly and her band bring Classic jazz and blues standards of the Great American Songbook as well as jazz interpretations of other popular contemporary tunes - the feel of this group is classy, sexy, and romantic.

May 16th - Lies My Martini Told Me - “Lies My Martini Told Me” is a fun-filled, eclectic evening of songs, stories, and prizes(!) featuring domestic goddess and North Carolina native Georgia Rogers Farmer. Georgiarogersfarmer.com

October 3rd - The Great Debate with Gal and Val - Cabaret Artistic Director Valerie Rachelle and Associate Artistic Director Galloway Stevens both sing songs from their favorite musicals and make their cases for producing them at the Cabaret.

November 7th - The Hamazons present ‘Zombie Apocalypse in the style of Jane Austen’. The Warrior Princesses of improv return for a second completely improvised show, this time set in a zombie-infested version of Jane Austen's England. hamazons.com
